Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Manager in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution and conduct of complex clinical studies, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality metrics are met
• Oversee vendor/CRO selection and management, ensuring compliance with project deliverables and budget
• Lead study-related activities including protocol preparation, investigator selection, and monitoring plan execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or relevant discipline required; advanced degree preferred
• 8 years of clinical research experience, with at least 4 years in a leading role managing clinical trials
• 4-7 years of experience in supporting clinical trials in a regulated environment
• Experience in managing CROs is preferred
