Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Cloud Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the 24x7x365 Cloud Operations Technician team to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership to enhance client experience through effective systems and processes
• Define and refine operations processes to ensure stability and uptime of production Cloud Systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Computer Science, or related fields
• 5+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a service-oriented focus
• Ability to work 100% remotely
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client operating systems
