Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collection Specialist to support their Specialty Infusion Pharmacy and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and resolve accounts receivable balances and correspondence in a timely manner
• Make routine collection calls and identify billing errors or unpaid claims for resolution
• Document notes in the company software system and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance or accounting is preferred
• 1-3 years of strong collections experience, specifically in home infusion and specialty pharmacy
• Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
• Experience with CPR+ systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
