Collections Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Collections Supervisor to guide a team in achieving delinquency and skip loss goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and conduct performance reviews for a team of collectors
• Review collector calls for compliance and provide guidance
• Train new hires and manage repossession assignments

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of collections or servicing experience, preferably in auto finance
• Ability to multitask and develop team members
• Understanding of finance and lending principles
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to learn web-based systems
