Key Responsibilities

• Conduct complex searches for commercial and residential title orders
• Train and assist fellow commercial searchers with inquiries
• Examine public land records to determine insurability and issue title commitments

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience examining commercial title in Colorado
• Deep knowledge of state and county recording statutes and title standards
• Experience with search protocols, lien priority rules, and underwriting practices
• Associates degree or equivalent experience (10 years) in a related field
• Ability to work remotely while managing multiple tasks effectively
