A company is looking for a Commercial Service Specialist to support and manage the day-to-day operations and service of commercial banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
- Develop relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and manage the resolution of client issues
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Disciplined self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Experience in identifying opportunities for clients to self-serve
