A company is looking for a Commissions Specialist to manage commission accounting operations for agents and marketing organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and escalate commission payments and calculations across distribution channels
- Assist agents and management in resolving commission inquiries and discrepancies
- Manage commission flow, handle demand notices, and coordinate debt balance processing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of customer service or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new applications
- Prior sales or business experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Understanding of commission schedules
