Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, marketing, or social media, preferably in crypto or fintech
- Strong understanding of crypto retail culture and community dynamics
- Experience in launching or scaling a retail crypto community is a plus
- Hands-on experience with loyalty and reward mechanics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track key performance indicators
