Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Specialist to optimize and support CRM, CMS, and GVA platforms for enhanced operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain automation workflows to enhance marketing and operational efficiency
  • Leverage data architecture and customer journey mapping to support personalized marketing strategies
  • Manage CMS content updates and ensure data quality through regular audits and de-duplication
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM administration, particularly with Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Experience in creating and managing automation flows within CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting tools
  • Experience with data import/export tools and managing data analytics within CRM tools
