Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate workflows and compliance with regulations
- Configure customer journeys and analyze communication performance to provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and stay updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in owned channel marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM marketing
- Experience with Braze or comparable martech tools for campaign setup
- Ability to query data and build customer journey logic using SQL or similar methods
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and email marketing compliance
- Experience with martech migrations and building new functionality
