Key Responsibilities
- Lead persona-centric Go-to-Market (GTM) campaigns and strategies for new Learning product launches
- Manage cross-functional teams to execute GTM strategy, product positioning, and narrative
- Collaborate with Learning & Development team to determine value propositions and marketing KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product marketing or related marketing experience
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
