Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to lead and optimize paid media programs across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and other paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Oversee a multi-million dollar paid media budget, making strategic allocation decisions to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align campaigns with business goals and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in SEM and paid digital marketing, particularly with Google Ads in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing substantial digital advertising budgets and executing multi-region campaigns
  • Expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and landing page conversion strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other marketing analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are preferred
