Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the customer retention strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead customer segmentation and personalization efforts to enhance engagement and value
- Design and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs and oversee multi-channel retention campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the mortgage lending or financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in marketing focused on customer retention and lifecycle marketing
- Expertise in data-driven retention strategies and advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills and project management abilities
