Key Responsibilities
- Own and enhance the website experience to increase demo requests and qualified inbound leads
- Manage website performance dashboards and analytics infrastructure to monitor conversion performance and report on KPIs
- Lead the relationship with a web development agency and optimize the WordPress CMS for performance and security
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in web marketing, growth, or digital performance roles
- Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign tracking and lead attribution
- Experience managing WordPress, including content and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of CRO and A/B testing tools
