Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including logistics and ROI reporting
- Manage a calendar of events and webinars, coordinating scheduling, promotion, and follow-up
- Represent the company on-site at events, overseeing setup and ensuring brand excellence
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of professional experience in event coordination, marketing, or a similar field
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing timelines, vendors, and budgets
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Salesforce
- Experience with B2B marketing or healthcare is a plus, but not required
