A company is looking for a Digital Coordinator to support digital engagement and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push notifications
- Coordinate the setup of online bonus promotions and assist with audience segmentation for personalized marketing
- Monitor campaign execution, support testing efforts, and assist in performance reporting and insights identification
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing or a similar role in a digital marketing environment
- Process-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with performance tracking, A/B testing, and data reporting
- Knowledge of email marketing standards and compliance requirements
