Compact RN Tele-Triage Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tele-Triage Registered Nurse - RN.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned phone lines during service hours for timely response to caller needs
• Triage symptom-based calls and provide recommendations according to approved protocols
• Document care-related recommendations and coordinate services with acute care settings

Required Qualifications

• Degree/certification from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice with a compact state RN license
• Clinical experience in providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related disorders
• Two years of Home Health nursing experience
