Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end semi-monthly payrolls ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Audit and maintain accurate payroll documentation and respond to employee inquiries
• Support month-end close, annual audits, and implement improvements in payroll systems

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
• Experience with data analysis and creating pivot tables in Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with associated accounting entries related to payroll and commissions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
