A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end semi-monthly payrolls ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Audit and maintain accurate payroll documentation and respond to employee inquiries
- Support month-end close, annual audits, and implement improvements in payroll systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Experience with data analysis and creating pivot tables in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with associated accounting entries related to payroll and commissions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
