Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Billing & Posting Resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee claims production, billing, follow-up, collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations
• Provide operational oversight for the Billing Coordinator and ensure accurate and timely billing of accounts
• Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action plans for operational deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• 5 years previous hospital billing experience
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance billing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Surgical hospital billing experience preferred
