Accounting Manager (CPA Preferred)

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage client accounting relationships and lead a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounting relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Oversee client engagements, including revenue cycle management, expense management, and payroll processing
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, supporting their development and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and/or CPA preferred
• 3-5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager, with a minimum of 2 years in audit work at a CPA firm
• Experience with complex revenue recognition and payroll processes
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial modeling using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
