Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead and grow their Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, financial statements and reporting systems ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Coordinate all audit activity with tax authorities and manage organizational cash flow forecasting
• Supervise accounting staff, establish goals, and promote a positive work environment

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent related experience
• CPA preferred
• 6 years of experience in professional accounting/bookkeeping
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning systems and fluency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and team management
