Payroll Tax Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Client Payroll Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the Payroll Tax Team in preparing, auditing, and delivering global payroll services and reporting
• Ensures payroll reconciliations are complete and addresses discrepancies promptly
• Supervises the resolution of escalations and is responsible for onboarding and training new employees

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in related fields
• 7+ years of experience in payroll or related areas
• Prior supervisory experience is required for external candidates
• Ability to analyze complex documents and governmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
