Job Summary

A company is looking for a Grants and Contracts Administrator to manage and oversee a portfolio of grants and contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, preparation, and submission of grant and contract proposals
  • Manage assigned projects and financial project portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and submit requests for re-budgeting/modifying funded projects and reconcile budget reports
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
  • Completion of specific training programs within the first six months of hire is mandatory
  • No prior experience required for candidates with a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Pre-award and post-award experience is preferred
  • Research or grants education and/or certification is preferred
