Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Compliance & Efficiency Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate compliance in the payroll setup, making recommendations and implementing changes
• Monitor and document compliance changes in payroll laws and ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Act as backup to payroll audit and processing roles, while driving efficiency in payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• CPP or FPC certification, or equivalent knowledge
• Knowledge of current and pending payroll laws and regulations
• Multi-state payroll experience
• Working knowledge of Workday payroll
• Able to assess and prioritize changes in the Workday setup
