Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Consultant in Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve complex technical and compliance questions related to retirement plans
- Provide consultation and technical guidance on retirement plan design, operation, and compliance
- Analyze and develop remediation solutions for compliance issues and present retirement topics
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5+ years of experience with retirement plans, including administration and compliance testing
- Ability to read and interpret complex documents, regulations, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree)
- Retirement industry designations from ASPPA, NIPA, etc. are a plus
- Experience with IRS correction programs and conducting presentations is beneficial
