Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to oversee inspection review operations for their rental portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of inspection review specialists, conducting performance reviews and training
• Conduct comprehensive inspection reviews and analyze property conditions for acquisition and renovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless property acquisition and accurate project scopes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in property inspection, construction management, or real estate operations
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM platform
• Experience with property inspection and scoping tools (Inspectify, Site Capture preferred)
