Job Summary

A company is looking for a Condo Documents Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Add Condo Conditions to the loan as applicable
• Order initial condo questionnaires from HOA and follow up on missing items
• Submit and follow up on secondary condo documentation and appraisal revisions within specified timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a financial or analytical field
• Knowledge/Experience in the review of property types, appraisal reviews, and financial statements
