Key Responsibilities

• Shape conflict and humanitarian coverage by identifying impactful stories and formats
• Edit contributions from staff and external journalists, providing constructive feedback
• Manage editing workflow efficiently and ensure adherence to editorial standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in editing, preferably in journalism
• Experience with human-centered stories on conflict and humanitarian crises
• Strong editorial judgment and knowledge of gender equality issues
• Understanding of journalistic standards and media law
• Experience with OSINT and data research is desirable
