Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Communications, U.S. Policy and Partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a thought partner to leadership teams, providing strategic counsel and guidance on communications strategies
• Develop and implement communications strategies to support influence and public affairs goals
• Lead the creation of key messaging and narratives to engage external partners and shift national narratives around immigration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in senior communications roles within a U.S. organization focused on social impact
• Proven ability as a trusted advisor to business leaders at all organizational levels
• Experience developing and executing communications strategies in a global organization
• Experience managing a team of communications professionals
