Consulting Operations Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Operations Strategist to support the buildout and optimization of its new Medical Device Consulting business.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement project management and analytics tools, and define operational processes
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking consultant utilization, revenue forecasting, and project delivery KPIs
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to standardize consulting delivery processes and document workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations analyst, or project analyst role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project
• Strong Excel and data modeling skills
