Key Responsibilities
- Execute automated, data-based marketing communications across the customer lifecycle to enhance retention
- Intervene at high-risk points during onboarding and engagement to reduce churn
- Analyze retention and engagement data to uncover actionable insights and inform initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in lifecycle, CRM, and retention marketing, preferably in a subscription or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of designing and scaling programs that enhance activation and feature adoption
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven retention initiatives
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Marketing
- Familiarity with various Customer Data Platforms and CRMs
