Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in contact center technology, with at least 3 years in an architecture or design-focused role
  • Hands-on experience with leading contact center platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, or Avaya
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and migrations
  • Deep expertise in contact center platforms and cloud-based CCaaS solutions
