Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Ten years of related experience, including seven years in software development
• Five years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications
• High-level knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and application modularization
• Leadership and management skills
