• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform (Architecture and Development)
• 3+ years of team management experience in a complex, multi-platform environment
• Experience with Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies
• Hands-on approach to leadership with the ability to deliver complex projects independently
