Senior Application Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Application Security Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance the security of code and development practices
• Collaborate with Engineering and external partners to improve the vulnerability management program
• Ensure security is a core component of the company's culture through cross-departmental partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a security engineering or related role
• 3+ years of experience in an application security engineering role
• Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or Node.js
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and its application to modern systems
• Proven success with common SAST and DAST tooling and best practices
