Senior Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Red Team Operator to lead advanced adversary emulation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in the development and execution of Red Team Operations
• Conduct independent vulnerability research and develop scenarios that mimic real-world adversary groups
• Provide mentorship and support to other Red Team Operators and enhance team capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
• 7+ years of Cyber Security experience with 5 years focused on offensive operations
• Hands-on experience during multiple Red Team engagements
• Experience with common Penetration Testing and Red Team tools
• Possess Offensive Security-related certifications
