A company is looking for a ServiceNow Operations Analyst to support IT lifecycle programs with a blend of technical expertise and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ServiceNow queue operations and ensure timely resolution of requests
- Support the flow of customer orders between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and ERP systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow for operational insights
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery or lifecycle asset management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and understanding of workflows and reporting
- Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems in order management
- Strong Excel and reporting skills for operational data analysis
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractor responsibilities
