Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operation Systems-Network Analyst to manage telecommunications support and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the university's telecommunications service and billing platform (PCR-360)
• Provide technical consultation on voice and messaging solutions while managing billing data migrations
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor offerings to support cost-effective decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering mathematics, telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience programming features in Avaya S8730
• Ability to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and access (DEIA) in the workplace
• Experience with telecommunications service and billing platforms, such as PCR-360
• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including voice, voicemail, and messaging services
