Hadoop Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (Hadoop).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and track assigned IT projects, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks
• Provide advanced technical support for IT systems and assist in policy, security, and compliance documentation efforts
• Monitor and complete tickets in assigned queues, providing after-hours on-call support as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years of proven technology integration experience
• Subject matter competency in Microsoft servers, Linux/Unix systems, Active Directory, and information security
• Ability to manage high-risk situations and collaborate effectively with team members and IT management
• Project management experience preferred
