FACS Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FACS Systems Analyst focused on collection software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with user departments to assess project feasibility and gather business requirements
• Document specifications for new projects or system changes, ensuring minimal impact on other modules
• Train and support internal users on system applications and modifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Ontario/Finvi FACS in a collection's software environment
• Proficiency in structured application development, system analysis, and project documentation
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and project management methodologies
• Skilled in MS Office Suite and technical problem-solving
