Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Specialist to provide expertise for clinical applications within the DHA Solution Delivery Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary source of technical knowledge, guiding internal teams and stakeholders
• Evaluate organizational needs and develop suitable technical solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with a BS/BA degree; additional 4 years of experience may substitute for the degree
• Department of Defense security clearance or ability to obtain one
• Ability to obtain ITIL4 certification
• Must be a US Citizen
• Master's degree with 8+ years' experience is preferred; additional 4 years may substitute for the degree
