Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AI Transformation to lead AI initiatives within their Enterprise Data & AI team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage AI Transformation initiatives, aligning strategy and roadmap with company priorities
• Identify and lead initiatives utilizing AI and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the delivery of AI and SaaS solutions, ensuring effective integration and adoption across teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Business Applications, Engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in driving AI and automation initiatives and managing AI and SaaS portfolios
• Demonstrated project management and change management experience in fast-paced environments
• Experience shaping strategic vision and roadmaps for AI and SaaS
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative development processes
