IAM Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of IAM solutions focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk PAM
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance to IAM team members and support cross-functional teams in delivering IAM solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk PAM solutions
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and directory services
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or CyberArk Defender/Guardian are desirable
• Proven track record of leading IAM projects in enterprise environments
