Senior Network Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Network Support Technician to provide remote support for network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, configuring and maintaining network devices
• Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents and maintain network documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 6+ years, or a High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Active CompTIA Network + certification
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance
