IT Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Portfolio Manager who will oversee IT programs, projects, and products to ensure alignment with business strategies and optimize resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute portfolio strategy for IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Manage development processes to meet business objectives and user needs
• Develop and improve portfolio management processes and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific field
• 2-4 years of experience in project, product, or portfolio management within IT service management (ITSM) in a SaaS environment
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills for managing multiple programs
• Experience in creating project artifacts and training users on new product implementations
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, CLIA, SOX, SOC2, and/or HITRUST
