Varicent ICM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Varicent ICM Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, including system design, configuration, and deployment
• Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Varicent models
• Create dashboards and reports to support compensation analytics and business insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Varicent development and implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools
• Experience integrating Varicent with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or Oracle (preferred)
