IS Technical Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IS Technical Specialist to support the Enterprise Middleware Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide software production support for an Enterprise-Class Middleware stack using IBM technologies
• Analyze, design, and develop systems-based solutions, including software upgrades and application integration
• Participate in problem management meetings and provide on-call support in a 24 x 7 rotation

Required Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Five years of Middleware engineering experience with Azure DevOps, SOAP and REST APIs, and Agile methodology
• Experience administering DataPower gateways, IBM MQ, WebSphere, and Tomcat
• Two years of experience with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or DataDog
• Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes on the administration side
