Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Offensive Security Engineer to join their Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead red team operations and penetration tests across the technology stack, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and execute creative attack scenarios to identify vulnerabilities and new attack paths
• Partner with the blue team to improve detection coverage and overall security posture through purple team exercises

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red team operations
• Proven success with red team engagements against cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments
• Deep hands-on experience in full-stack penetration testing, including web applications and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting/programming experience for exploit development and automation
