Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and manage IT resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level technical support for hardware and software
  • Respond to Service Desk tickets to troubleshoot, resolve or escalate requests
  • Deploy IT equipment and perform hardware and software upgrades
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
  • Experience in PC software and hardware installation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Fundamentals and Windows Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with endpoint security and best practices
  • Valid driver's license required
