Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and manage IT resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support for hardware and software
- Respond to Service Desk tickets to troubleshoot, resolve or escalate requests
- Deploy IT equipment and perform hardware and software upgrades
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED with three years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
- Experience in PC software and hardware installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Fundamentals and Windows Operating Systems
- Familiarity with endpoint security and best practices
- Valid driver's license required
