A company is looking for an IT Subject Matter Expert (ServiceNow) to lead and support ServiceNow solutions development and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical and functional expert for ServiceNow platform implementation and optimization
- Support design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Conduct system upgrades, patching, and platform migrations to ensure compliance and performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Proven track record of implementing and managing ServiceNow in federal or enterprise environments
- Familiarity with federal IT security standards and compliance requirements
